This page explains what data westfrogs.com collects, what we use it for and what you can do with it. We wrote it in plain language.

Who is responsible
West Frogs is a design and software studio based in Panama. We are responsible for the data we collect through this site.
For any question or request about your data, write to gerencia@westfrogs.com.
What data we collect
Contact form: your name, your email, the type of project (if you choose one) and the message you write.
WhatsApp and email: whatever you send us through those channels, plus the contact details your app shares, such as your number or email address.
Browsing data: as on any website, our hosting providers log technical details of the visit (IP address, browser, pages requested). If you accept cookies, Google Analytics and Google Ads also collect usage statistics and information about the ads that brought you here.
What we use it for
To answer your enquiries and prepare a quote.
To understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
To measure whether our Google ads work, for example how many people contact us after seeing them.
We do not use your data for automated decisions that affect you, and we do not sell your information.
Cookies and measurement
We use Google Analytics and Google Ads to measure visits and ads. They only turn on if you press “Accept” on the cookie notice; if you press “Decline” or do not answer, no measurement or advertising cookies are stored.
We save your choice in your browser’s local storage. You can change it at any time by clearing the site’s data in your browser settings; the notice will appear again.
You can also block or delete cookies from your browser, and manage ad personalization from your Google account.
Who we share your data with
Web3Forms: processes the contact form submission and delivers it to us by email.
Google: Analytics and Google Ads, only if you accept cookies.
Amazon Web Services: hosting of the site and its infrastructure.
WhatsApp (Meta): if you write to us there, their own terms also apply.
We only share the data these services need to work, and we do not sell it to third parties.
International transfers
Some of these providers are outside Panama, for example in the United States, so your data may be processed in other countries. We choose services that apply recognized security measures.
How long we keep it
We keep your messages for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and keep a record of our business relationship. Measurement data is kept for the periods configured in Google Analytics and Google Ads.
You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to your data, to correct it, to delete it, to object to its use, or to receive it in a format you can take to another service, in line with Panama’s personal data protection law (Law 81 of 2019).
To exercise these rights, write to gerencia@westfrogs.com and we will reply as soon as we can.
Security
The site runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and we apply reasonable measures to protect information. No system is infallible, but we work to reduce the risks.
Children
This site is not aimed at people under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes to this policy
We may update this page when our services or the law change. The date above shows the latest review.
